👨👩👧 Guidelines for Parents
- Pay attention to your ward’s regularity, punctuality and discipline.
- Check the student’s Almanac regularly and acknowledge receipt of circulars.
- Ensure that your ward carries books and notebooks according to the timetable.
- Sign the Almanac on a daily basis.
- Ensure that your ward completes all work missed during absence.
- Send the child in a neat and clean school uniform.
- Parents are advised not to go directly to classrooms to meet teachers or students.
- No child may be taken from school during school hours without the Principal’s permission.
- Do not send unauthorized persons to collect your ward; authorized names must be mentioned in the diary.
- Students must not bring toys, money or ornaments; the school is not responsible for loss of such items.
- Parents can meet the Principal from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on working days only.
- Students using the school bus must be present at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before arrival.
- The bus will not wait for latecomers.
- Little eyes see more than we think — help your child grow into a complete individual.
💰 Fee Payment Rules
- All school dues must be paid between the 1st and 10th of each working month.
- A late fee of ₹10 per day will be charged after the due date till month-end; thereafter, the name will be struck off.
- Readmission will be granted only after payment of all pending dues along with the admission charge.
🎒 Guidelines for Students
- Be punctual and reach school before the attendance bell.
- Attendance at the morning assembly is compulsory.
- Maintain silence during assembly, in the library and on school premises.
- Prescribed uniform is compulsory on all school days and functions.
- Remain clean and neatly dressed at all times.
- Do not shout or speak loudly.
- Use of rude or abusive language is strictly prohibited.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours.
- Leave applications must be signed by parents; absence fine of ₹10 per day applies.
- Continuous absence for 10 days will result in removal from rolls.
- Do not damage school property; damages will be charged to the defaulter.
- Sharp objects or dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
- Do not bring valuables; the school is not responsible for any loss.
- No books other than prescribed ones are allowed.
- Mass P.T. and school games are compulsory.
- All student correspondence is subject to scrutiny by the Principal.
- Visitors are not allowed during teaching periods.
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, intoxication and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited.
- Indiscipline or agitational behavior will be treated as grave misconduct.
- When more than two students move out of class, they must walk in a single line.
- Students must be polite, courteous, respectful and disciplined inside and outside school.
- Girls are not allowed to apply nail paint or mehndi; a fine of ₹100 will be charged.
- Hair should be neatly tied and not fall over the eyes.
- Take proper care of books, stationery, uniform and personal belongings.
